There are endless ways to get quality visitors to your website for cheap or free! Some methods require active participation while others can be set to autopilot.
(#1) [You] Believe it or not… you can attract some serious visitors without even leaving your personal page. If you are constantly update and add unique content people will notice your hard work.
It used to be “if you build it, they will come…”
Today it’s “if you publish it, Google will index you”… and then the visitors will follow.
(#2) [Paid To Click] A common method many advertisers use is the ”paid to” method. This is a bulletproof way to ensure visitors are coming to your website. Cost can range from $0.25 (cashcamel.net) to $7.95 or more per month.

Not Much at all! “Paid to” programs basically pull from the same pool of visitors. The only true factor is the amount of time they are required to view your site. So don’t get tricked into spending big money on your visitors!
*Warning* – Google Adsense does not support “incentivized clicks.” You must be careful so you don’t get your account banned.
(#3) [Pay Per Click] A similar option is PPC or “pay per click”. This method utilizes your 468×60 graphic banner. After establishing a campaign budget, your banner is added to the ad network and mass impressions ensue. You are only charged when someone clicks on your banner. Click cost is dependent on geographic location typically.
The method is great because you only pay for what you use. Please note this option will not increase your traffic rank or flood your site with potential buyers. This will be most effective for lead generation and brand impression awareness.
* The down-fall of this medium is cost! It can be extremely expensive to continuously run PPC campaigns. Depending on the platform the cost per click will range $0.01-$0.14. You can typically count on your banner reaching 5,000-10,000 impressions per quality click.
(#4)[Click-Exchange] You can spend all day earning advertising credits for viewing others websites. This method is free to use and usually has a conversion ratio of 1:1. This means for every advertisers website you check out you’ll earn (1) ad credit to show your personal website.
This will get visitors to your website, however this will generate minimal sign-ups. Most members at a traffic exchange are “just like you”. This means they are also surfing for ad credits, solely focused on getting visitors to their website. Overall, this method is the least effective to establish a following with.
